| Our guests have access to the Lounge at all reasonable hours and are free to make themselves feel at home whatever their interest, should it be with the Daily Newspaper, watching Television or just putting your feet up with a good book. |

As the Babbacombe Palms is a Licensed Guest House, we have a fully stocked Bar/Lounge where our guests can relax with a nice glass of wine, beer or a selection of Spirits. A selection of bar games are also available for your enjoyment. |
| All bedrooms are en-suite, or with private facilities, and have been refitted with new beds and bedding. Our rooms are clean, warm and comfortable with ample hot water, bedside lamps, colour Television and clock radios. |
