Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to secure all bookings!

No refund with less than 28 days notice of cancellation, refunds are subject to a 10% administration charge.

All accounts to be settled on arrival by, cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Cheques made payable to Babbacombe Palms together with a cheque guarantee card covering the full amount.

A supplement of £3 per person per night applies to ‘one night stays’.

Rooms available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

No smoking is allowed anywhere in the guest house.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask any person to leave immediately, causing disruption to other guests, or behaving in such a way that a breach of the peace or safety issues are likely. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances.
All damage & breakages will be charged for.
