Children are classed as 12 years and under, babies under 2 years are free.

A non refundable deposit of 20% or the first nights stay which ever is the greatest, is payable to secure the booking.
Cancellation clause
In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount, unless we are able to re-let the room.
In the event of a “no show” we reserve the right to charge you the full amount. Please note, deposits are non refundable.
