Some places are dog friendly but I have never felt as welcome with a furry friend as I did last weekend. Service was great, hosting was fab, amazing breakfast. All very good value too Thank you for such a fabulous stay

Attentive, friendly, great location, and spotless! The moment we arrived our hosts couldn't do enough to accommodate us. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The honest bar was a really nice touch (bonus points for that) breakfast was plentiful, and delicious. Highly recommend.

We found the guest house ideal for our stay in Torquay really enjoyed the breakfast and the host was really pleasant. If we were to go to this area again we would try and book again.

Lovely welcome and stay. Lin and Scott lovely hosts. Room was just what was required. Breakfast was great cooked freshly to order and yoghurt and fresh fruit salad available. Great location walking distance to bars and the theatre.

The Babbacome Palms family room was ideal for our one night stay in Torquay, comfortably accomodating the four of us. The location was ideal and Scott & Lynn were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming and kindly let us leave our bags there after we'd checked out. Would definitely recommend for those looking for someone to stay in Babbacombe/St Marychurch.

On arrival we met Lynn , she was very welcoming, showed us to our room and gave us a little advice on local restaurants, our room was very clean with a tv , tea & coffee facilities , the bed and pillows were really comfy , we had a choice at breakfast and it was all cooked beautifully, I would definitely recommend anyone to choose Babbacombe Palms Guest House.

The hosts Scott and Lynn were friendly and made us feel very welcome in their home. The breakfast was served hot and lovely fresh local produce used. Lynn got us 241 tickets for the local theatre at Babbacombe ( fantastic show). Was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and our breakfast table had a Birthday Banner and his breakfast was served with a candle on the sausage. Unfortunately the sausage wasn’t big enough to allow 64 candles lol.😂 Also a card and chocolates in our room, a lovely thought.

This is a really great place to stay. The location is superb, being a very short distance from the south west coast path, the cliff railway and Babbacombe promenade, with it's amazing views. The manageress of Babbacombe Palms is really friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make sure that you're happy with everything.

What wonderful hosts, Scott and Lynn made us both feel very welcome and our lovely dog Poppy. Nothing was toooo much trouble. Very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, everything local. Lynn was always on hand if you needed anything. Chris and I will definitely be back.

Home from home B&B with perfect location for the quiet life. 2 mins walk from Babbacombe Downs and the cliff railway, stunning views and lovely local cafes and restaurants. Scott and Lynn are very welcoming and cannot do enough to ensure both your stay and your dog’s is comfortable. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed herself, very relaxing for all the family. Breakfast is superb!

Exceptional hosts in the owners, Scott and Lynn. From their kind offer of a pick up from Torquay station to the care and thought they put into their superb breakfasts, The Babbacombe Palms is a wonderful guest house. The rooms are impeccably clean, with attractive, fresh, contemporary decoration. And finally, the location, just a few minutes from the glorious Babbacombe Downs, make it an excellent choice for travellers in the area.

Stayed here 1 night whilst walking the SWCP. Good position as it's close to the path. Arrived late in the afternoon, checked in and went out to pub recommended by the Babbacombe Palms. good pub and nice meal. great sleep and great breakfast. All in all just what we wanted.

Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. You could tell that the produce was high quality and was great to hear that it was locally sourced :) We had the most amazing time at the palms and Lynn and Scott were fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them. Delphi our dog was so welcomed (and spoilt rotten! lol) and all the small touches made our stay one to remember. Beds were super comfy and room spotlessly clean! lovely touches with the biscuits and tea/ coffee/hot chocolate in the rooms and also the bar downstairs was really cosy We are already looking at dates to return in a few months time and this is the only place in Devon that we will stay in going forward.

Everything about this was great. Room was super cute.. room for everything I had-and more. Lynn and Scott were really friendly. Was so close to the sea and a few attractions. Would happily recommend this place!
